An AI agent is software that reads a request, looks up information in your systems and takes a defined action, like answering a customer, updating a record or drafting a reply for review. It works within limits you set.
Will the AI make things up?
We design against it. Answers are grounded in your own data, the agent shows where information came from, and when it doesn’t know, it says so or hands over to a person.
Do I need to replace my current tools?
No. We connect to the tools you already use, such as your store, CRM, helpdesk or spreadsheets, through their APIs.
How much does AI usage cost to run?
It depends on volume and the model used. We estimate running costs before you commit, and design to keep them predictable, for example by using smaller models where they are good enough.
What about our data and privacy?
We send AI providers only the data a task needs, use providers’ business terms where available, and keep logs inside your own systems. We agree these details in writing before building.
